Zoe's Birthday Adventures

We had a lot of fun for Zoe's birthday.

The night before her birthday, we surprised her by picking up a few of her friends and going to the Phinneaus and Ferb live show. It was a fun & creative show. Everyone enjoyed it.

But as we were trying to find a parking space, we saw something peculiar- SNOW. There was a hill of the fluffy white stuff in the parking lot!

We came to realize the ice arena was right there and had likely dumped it. But, it sure made for a great adventure after the show & such a fun birthday treat! This is Zoe's first time playing in the snow that she came remember. It was special!

While she was sleeping that night, we wrote a birthday message on her chalkboard wall & put up the birthday banner. We also prepared her scavenger hunt to get her big birthday present from us. When she awoke in the morning, we handed her the first clue. She was pretty good at it!

We were also able to use a free meal at California Pizza Kitchen and we coupons over 60 free tokens at Chucky Cheese. Not bad for one birthday!

And to think we're not done. Our nephew, Peyton, turns 13 tomorrow. They join us tonight for pizza & cake!

37 Weeks

Your baby is now considered "full term," even though your due date is three weeks away. If you go into labor now, her lungs will likely be mature enough to fully adjust to life outside the womb.

Your baby weighs about 6 1/3 pounds and measures a bit over 19 inches, head to heel. And, many babies have a full head of hair at birth, with locks from 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inches long.

Happy Valentines!

We are ready for Valentines Day with these awesome greetings! Aren't they fun? I can thank Pinterest for the idea. Check out the idea here.

It's not completely done, we will punch holes above and below their hand so the final product will have each girl holding a sucker in their hands.

I know it's a month out, but we're ready to go!

Guess Who Is (Almost) 7

Zoe's birthday is next Saturday, January 14. We have a fun gift planned, can't wait to give it to her :)

They aren't kidding when they tell you they grow up fast. I know she is only 7, but at the same time... she is already SEVEN!!!

Zoe is an awesome girl. she is creative, sweet & nuturing. I say she would make a really good nurse because she is excellant at seeing needs and helping others.

She loves horses & unicorns, remote control cars, making houses out of boxes, creative projects, playing Wii, her scooter, joking & playing, etc. She has really been wanting to scrapbook & make up her own recipes and we are looking forward to learning those things this year!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZOE!!
